About ERA

The European Regions Airline Association has been representing the European aviation industry since 1980. ERA works on behalf of its members to represent their interests before Europe’s major regulatory bodies. The association also bring members together to exchange information and learn from each other through different events and forums for members to meet. A major role for ERA is to raise the profile and importance of our members to the economic and social development of Europe.

As specialists in aviation people solutions, we believe that the credibility of ERA and their existing members will allow for a significant growth opportunity and support our aspiration to become industry leaders. Since joining the membership, we have enjoyed being part of the ERA’s annual General Assembly, networking with fellow members on critical topics such as the Pilot Skills Shortage. We have previously presented our findings to the operations group to add value to Regional airline members. Our team of dedicated specialists look forward to networking with ERA members, discussing effective people strategies and bespoke solutions to support a variety of business needs.
